RFP Manager

We’re looking for a detail‐driven, strategically minded RFP Manager to support our growth in the healthcare payment integrity market. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product expertise, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or healthcare technology
• Proven track record managing RFPs or complex proposal processes is preferred
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong project management abilities with a knack for organization and deadline management
• Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams
• Familiarity with payment integrity concepts such as pre‐pay and post‐pay review, fraud/waste/abuse, claims monitoring, AI-enabled processes, clinical validation, and claims analytics
• Background supporting enterprise sales teams in the healthcare payer space
