Job Description
We're looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Intern to support data-driven initiatives across our People team. This role offers hands-on experience working with real workforce and compensation data, contributing to high-impact projects, and exploring how analytics and emerging tools shape decision-making.
Requirements
- Support the development of curated, analysis-ready HR datasets
- Assist in maintaining data quality through validation checks, refresh processes, and documentation
- Contribute to defining and documenting key workforce metrics
- Analyze HR and compensation data to generate insights and support ongoing projects
- Help improve and redesign dashboards and reporting
- Support salary survey submissions and market benchmarking efforts
- Assist with compensation-related analysis
- Partner on HR systems and data field mapping
- Explore how AI and emerging tools can enhance compensation and people analytics
- Contribute to early-stage experimentation with new approaches to analyzing and interpreting workforce data
