Customer Onboarding Manager

Smartly.io is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join their dynamic Onboarding team. The role involves assisting newly-signed customers with the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on Smartly's products and services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3 - 5 years digital experience with exposure to both paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools
• Experience working with Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong project management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex situations
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
