We are hiring a Manager, Agency Partnerships - NORAM to expand and accelerate the growth of Smartly.io in the North America region. As the Manager, Agency Partnerships - NORAM you will represent Smartly.io to all large Agencies and maintain and develop our culture internally by leading the development of our sales operations and methodology.
Requirements
- Drive market growth and lead sales and strategic partnership efforts with full accountability to deliver revenue
- Expand Smartly.io's footprint within strategic enterprise agencies in North America, establishing MSAs with key priority Agencies
- Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at your Agencies
- Establish regional sales and operational processes to build efficiency and manage costs
- Build Smartly.io’s presence and improve brand awareness in North America: work closely with our marketing team to build thought leadership, engage in community building and facilitate PR and media relations
- Drive recruitment for high caliber A-team members, lead a high-performing team and develop both junior and senior sales executives to reach new revenue heights
- Embody the Smartly.io values and play a lead role to ensure the culture engages employees, resonates locally and is consistent globally
