SFORS is a trading company looking for an L1 Support to strengthen its IT Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ticket processing, user onboarding, hardware and software support, and more.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of PC hardware and computer technology principles
- Confident knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS on an administrative level
- Experience working with ServiceDesk systems
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing, network equipment configuration)
- Experience setting up and supporting peripheral equipment
- English language skills at A2 level and above
- Client-oriented, excellent communication skills
- Discipline, ability to work in a team
