Job Description
The Procurement Executive will provide support to the procurement team by bridging the gap between internal teams and vendors, reviewing BOQ items and rates, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Review BOQ items and rates to process for ordering
- Coordinate with vendors for quotation and negotiation of pricing and commercials
- Track deliveries and coordinate for payment related issues
- Maintain reports and documentation thoroughly
- Review and process invoices and required amendments
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities
