Job Description
e.construct is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join their growing team. The role involves managing purchase requisitions, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They are seeking someone proactive, organized and able to work effectively across diverse teams.
Requirements
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records in NetSuite/Oracle ERP.
- Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order confirmations.
- Collaborate with Finance team on invoice verification and payment schedules.
- Manage purchase orders to payment cycles.
- Prepare reports on procurement spend, cost savings, and budget adherence.
- Work in alignment with a multi-diverse team.
