2+ years of experience in co-facilitating workshops, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a commitment to SMASH's mission

Requires living on campus full time with evening and weekend work requirements, must have a personal computer with webcam and reliable internet, must be able to form positive relationships with diverse youth and staff, must have high competency in written and verbal communication skills, and must have demonstrated experience in leadership, teamwork, and working with diverse groups of individuals

Experience in co-facilitating workshops with 15-25 participants, knowledge of 21st Century skills, and effectiveness working with low-income, first generation college youth of color
