Vice President, Security Engineering

The VP of Security Engineering is responsible for strengthening the organization's security posture through strategic planning, design, and implementation. This role involves coordinating regional security initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to security policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience, including 7+ years in IT cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in security tools such as FireMon, Illumio, Pentera, CyberArk.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management, Cryptographic Key Management, Zero Trust Architecture, Security Hardening, Data Loss Prevention, and Cloud Security Management.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and web technologies.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of security principles, techniques, and enterprise security architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative.
