The SEO & Generative Search Manager is a strategic, AI-forward individual contributor responsible for leading SMG's end-to-end SEO and generative search strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years SEO experience with a demonstrated record of driving measurable organic growth, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, indexing, and structured data implementation.
- SEO and analytics platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to connect SEO performance to business outcomes.
- Developing and executing generative search optimization and AI-driven search visibility strategies.
- Designing and iterating AI-enabled workflows that improve quality, efficiency, or strategic insight.
- Running structured test-and-learn cycles to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations teams.
