Implementation Specialist

Smile Doctors is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a clinical position in the orthodontic or dental industries and strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Extract and interpret reports from various practice management systems
• Develop, coordinate, and lead virtual trainings for implementation process
• Oversee initial mapping of legacy systems
• Manage and lead onsite training for software conversions
• Provide onsite support for software conversions
• Provide remote support for local teams during implementation process
• Analyze and support pre and post conversion data cleanup
