Operations Analyst

Smile Doctors is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing team. The Operations Analyst analyzes operational performance of clinics and provides insights to help clinic operators improve business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required
• Three (3) years of experience in an analyst position in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategy required; multi-site locations in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships across multiple teams and translate operational data into strategic recommendations that drive efficiency and performance improvement
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint
• Basic proficiency with Power BI or similar data analysis tools
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
