Treatment Coordinator

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be outgoing and approachable, and have a minimum of one year of experience in sales or a service industry. The role involves educating new patients on treatment options, working with financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person
