Treatment Coordinator

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with patients. The role involves educating patients about treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person
