Requirements
- Acting as a subject matter expert for advanced medical device integrations, supporting the seamless integration of Smith+Nephew systems into hospital IT environments including EHR, PACS, and Digital Operating Rooms
- Providing escalated technical support for complex integration, configuration, interoperability, and performance issues across hardware and software solutions
- Partnering cross functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to support installation, configuration, testing, and new product readiness for the Global Service organization
- Troubleshooting data flow, communication errors, device failures, and configuration conflicts within clinical and IT infrastructures
- Creating and maintaining high quality documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standardized integration protocols to support consistent service delivery
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders including Sales, R and D, IT, Clinical teams, Operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution
- Delivering training and knowledge sharing to internal teams and end users on integrated device best practices
- Ensuring all service and integration activities comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and industry standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve service processes, tools, and integration capabilities to enhance customer experience and efficiency
