Job Description
Sports Medicine Territory Manager position at Smith+Nephew, responsible for product consulting, sales, and training in the Sports Medicine product portfolio. Collaborates with key surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators to increase product adoption and drive revenue. Requires technical expertise, strong relationships, and a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4-6 years direct sales experience, with 2-4 years in medical device industry preferred
- Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital
- Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
- Proven success in achieving quota year over year
- Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
