Oversee the operations of Smith&Smith® corporate service locations, mobile and authorised dealers in the Lower South Island Region, hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron® standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. The Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness and increasing profitability within their territory.
Requirements
- Seasoned in managing multiple branches with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
- Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering business excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class experience, account - or sales management experience preferred.
- Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.
- A passion for Smith&Smith® mission to keep Kiwis safe on the road, at home and at work.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
- Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre-employment test as part of our selection process.
