Membership & Operations Associate

Smithbucklin is seeking a Membership & Operations Associate to support and guide nonprofit volunteers and members from client organizations. The role plays an integral part in building strong member relations, providing administrative and project support, and maintaining financial projects and website content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience, to include customer service and/or administrative support experience
• Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to travel 5% of the time
