Job Description
Smithbucklin is looking for a Membership & Operations Associate to join their Association Management Unit in Chicago. The role involves building strong member relations, providing administrative and project support, and coordinating financial projects. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer programming skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 year of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with basic computer programming, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Practical agency or nonprofit experience is a plus
- Database management experience is a plus
