AI Enablement Analyst

Smithfield is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to support the adoption of approved AI tools across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and enterprise analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and business process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working within Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to work in an in-office setting and collaborate directly and effectively with cross-functional business teams
