Director of Supply Chain Finance at Smithfield Foods, responsible for leading supply chain finance team and functions, reporting and analyzing supply chain operating results, and ensuring financial, operational, and compliance controls are in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a leadership position, including team development and management
- CPA or MBA, preferred
- SAP experience, preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Thorough knowledge of financial and business principles
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and organization skills
- Displays professionalism and integrity
