Lead the day-to-day execution, operational stability, and tactical leadership of direct materials finance. Serve as a key people leader and trusted partner to Procurement, ensuring accurate cost reporting, disciplined processes, and effective onboarding and development of analysts and lead analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain finance
- Demonstrated people leadership capability with a coaching mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Excel, Spotfire or similar)
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and change execution support
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across functions
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy
