Requirements
- Leadership and Team Management: oversee all shift production operations, direct salaried and hourly production group leaders, ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Operational Efficiency and Cost Management: partner internally for layout design improvements, oversee automation improvement projects, implement cost-saving initiatives
- Safety and Ergonomics: lead in implementing and maintaining safety and ergonomic programs, ensure employees are trained in safety protocols
- Quality and Compliance: maintain high product quality and safety standards, ensure all processes align with HACCP and SSOP protocols
