We are looking for an Operations Manager to drive production excellence and ensure high-quality products. The successful candidate will lead with purpose, champion workplace safety, and manage budgets to drive profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership
- Experience using a variety of computer applications, including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office programs
