Job Description
We are looking for a Plant Food Safety & Quality Manager to join our FS/QA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the food safety system is properly written, validated, documented and implemented to ensure USDA and FDA regulatory compliance and the production of safe and wholesome products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years’ experience in the food industry
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management
- Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, food science and meat processing, SPC and statistics
