Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team at our Sioux City, IA facility. As a supervisor, you will oversee the entire production process, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive clear communication across all levels. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
