Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience acting as a lead, providing training, coaching, or mentoring to less experienced staff
- Strong communication skills, analytical and math abilities, and ability to motivate and coach employees
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments and willing to work long hours and weekends
- Savvy with SAP, internet tools, spreadsheets, Word, order processing, and inventory software
