Job Description
Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift at Smithfield Foods. Lead production process, ensure safety and quality, and drive clear communication across all levels. Guide and lead production employees, train, coach, and motivate team to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Analytical and math abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work long hours and weekends when needed
