Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team, overseeing the entire production process, ensuring safety and quality, and driving clear communication across all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) while leading problem-solving efforts for complex process issues
• Skilled at motivating, training, and coaching employees to achieve peak performance
