Account Manager

SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company looking for an Account Manager to ensure the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client success plans, building trusting relationships with client operational leadership, and identifying product gaps to drive resolution for escalated client issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct account management or relationship management experience in the healthcare space
• Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
