We are seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team to support core Implementation functions and ensure high-quality SmithRx product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients
- Experience in a customer service role
- Corporate experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in the Google platform/apps preferred
- Proficiency using Salesforce
- Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
- Strong team orientation and desire to succeed
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond under the pressure of a fast-paced technology company
