Requirements

• 2+ years as a practicing attorney or paralegal at a law firm with 10+ attorneys
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of staff at a law firm
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to own challenging conversations
• Genuine desire to interact and connect with lawyers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of law firms and the legal world
• Strong business acumen
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 25%
