The Service Ambassador supports the day-to-day operations of the Sentosa Express station, providing excellent customer service to visitors and managing crowd control during peak hours. They are responsible for preparing the station for revenue service, conducting regular station inspections, and facilitating urgent corrective maintenance works.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level or equivalent
- Competence in accordance with industry standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment
- Service-oriented mindset and pleasant disposition
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to communicate with people
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
