Job Description
Snap Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Manager to join our field-based team. The role will serve as the face of Snap to our existing merchant partners, working directly in the assigned territory to strengthen relationships, drive adoption of Snap's offerings, and help our clients succeed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of outside account management experience
- Strong experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Professional approach with merchants
- Business and technical acumen
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude
- High energy, positive, effective, and empathetic
