Snap Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Manager to join our field-based team. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of Snap to our existing merchant partners, working directly in your assigned territory to strengthen relationships, drive adoption of Snap’s offerings, and help our clients succeed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of outside account management experience, or willingness to train entry level candidates with less experience
- Must live in or near the territory listed and knowledgeable of local businesses in the area
- Must have strong experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Professional approach with merchants
- Business and technical acumen
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude
- High energy, positive, effective, and empathetic
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals
- Comfortable using a range of technology platforms
