Job Description
Join our fast-growing, high-performing Collections team at Snap! We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Collections Specialist who is ready to make an impact, help customers get back on track, and contribute to an amazing team culture.
Requirements
- 6+ months of collections experience preferred (soft or hard collections)
- Advanced English (B2+) in speaking, reading, and writing
- Schedule flexibility — Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; one Saturday per month required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of assertiveness, confidence, and professionalism
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
- Fast learner with the ability to retain and apply new information effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
