Collections Supervisor

At Snap Finance, we're looking for a Supervisor for the Collections department. The primary responsibilities of this position require effective communication with agents, leadership shown among peers, and the ability to motivate and inspire. The Collections Supervisor will oversee the performance of a team of agents, identify process gaps, and implement solutions to mitigate operational impact.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Consistent achievement of departmental KPI performance goals
