Requirements
- Act as a trusted People Partner and primary point of contact for employees
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support talent strategy
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution
- Administer and oversee employee lifecycle changes in Workday
- Maintain accurate HR documentation including contracts, transfers, promotions, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), GOSI, Qiwa, and other local regulatory requirements
