We're looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. As a Senior CRM Analyst, you'll collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Business Understanding: Understand business objectives and design data analysis plans to support them.
- Data Collection and Processing: Collect and process data from multiple sources using SQL queries.
- Data Communication: Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Reporting Solutions: Build and maintain reporting solutions based on business requirements.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in the data.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of analytical processes and experiments.
- Ad-Hoc Investigations: Conduct ad-hoc data investigations when necessary.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Design, build, and maintain ML models, A/B experiments, and analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain effective communication with teammates and other internal departments to ensure proper data communication and addressing.
