Job Description
Snappr is a leading marketplace for photography, video, and editing, connecting creators with brands to help businesses tell their visual stories. They are seeking a Sales Associate to provide sales support to customers worldwide, working with photographers and clients to execute photoshoot needs effectively. The role offers opportunities for growth and impact within a customer-obsessed, data-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at a call center selling to US or Australian clients
- Fantastic phone manner and email etiquette
- Strong customer influencing ability
- Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of Australian and American Culture, e-commerce industry (preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A 'let's get it done' mindset
- Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
