Job Description
Snappr is a leading marketplace for visual content, connecting businesses with photography, video, and editing services. They are seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide excellent support to customers and photographers, ensuring a seamless booking experience. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing schedules, and advocating for business growth.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
- BPO experience is a plus
- Track and monitor CSAT scores
- Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette
- Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
