Bid Coordinator

The BIM Coordinator supports the proposal and project pursuit process by coordinating documentation, content, and submission activities in alignment with established engineering and proposal development standards. The role involves independently handling routine information requests for non-complex bids, while supporting Proposal and Project Managers on complex or strategic pursuits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with engineering and public sector procurement process is very desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Project and Visio
• Adobe InDesign knowledge is preferable
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills
