Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is a world-leading Design, Engineering and Project Management organization. We are looking for a Cost Manager to build and lead a small team of quantity surveyors, develop and implement robust cost control processes, and work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline.
- Be a Chartered professional member with a recognised Quantity Surveying professional institute (HKIS, RICS)
- Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and cost control methodologies
- Have strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
