Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Manager to join our New York City, NY office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, or 5 years of relevant construction experience. The role involves assisting in the development of stage gate estimates and budgets, tracking project costs, and providing ad hoc support on Cost Management scopes of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, or 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Familiar with project controls working practices and methodologies
- Proficiency in takeoff software like Onscreen-takeoff/ Planswift/ Bluebeam, CostX
- Good communication skills
- Finance and or accounting experience preferred
