Requirements

• Passion for ecology
• Good working knowledge of the natural environment and wildlife legislation
• Ability to undertake UKHab surveys, Preliminary Ecological Assessment, Ecological Impact Assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments
• Strong botanical skills, including Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) level 3+
• Experience in protected species survey, mitigation and licensing
• Understanding of work winning and client relationships
• Ability to manage ecology deliverables / projects from bidding through to completion
• Membership of CIEEM or equivalent
• Full driving licence
