Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Kirkland, WA to lead and work on various Power & Renewable and Electrical Engineering projects. The role involves providing electrical engineering design, support on project scope and estimating, and interacting with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience with high voltage substation design, and knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineer Degree from a recognized university
- 2-5yrs of experience for Junior positions
- Have engineering design background in power, industrial and high voltage substations (AIS and GIS)
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, ANSI/ IEEE)
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client management
- Valid P.E. in the US or have NCEES record
