Job Description

Requirements
- Honours degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Membership of IET and Chartered Engineer status, or working towards Chartered Engineer status.
- Some relevant industry experience and support to technically challenging projects.
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills with ability to present arguments both verbally and written.
- Ability to work as an individual or as part of a diverse team across various geographic locations.
- Design and specification of medium and low voltage electrical networks, including knowledge of relevant engineering software.
- Understanding of power generation technologies, in particular HV electrical rotating machines and static plant.
- Knowledge (in general and for HV electrical work in particular) of site safety systems, preparation of risk assessments and method statements.
