Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Concept, Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility, Front-End Engineering Design, and detailed engineering studies for mineral processing projects, particularly in copper and gold. The role is critical to ensuring technically sound, cost-effective, and execution-ready outcomes that align with client objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 15–20 years of experience in mineral processing, focusing on copper and/or gold
- Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario / Quebec or eligible for P.Eng status in any Canadian province
- 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large- and small-scale projects within Mining and Metals
- Strong understanding of process flowsheets, equipment integration, constructability, and proficiency in project management tools
