Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

The Buildings and Facilities group in Toronto provide mechanical and electrical design for all types of buildings in the commercial, institutional, industrial, and recreational sectors. We are seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.

Requirements

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with PEO
• Minimum 7 years design experience in Mechanical design for buildings including commercial retail, offices, food stores and restaurants
• Track record of independent design of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Protection for buildings
• Working knowledge of all applicable building codes and industry standards
• Effective communication and inter-personal skills
• Commitment to working in a team environment
• Ability to work on several projects at one time
• Extensive skills with AUTOCAD, Word, Acrobat & Excel (REVIT and other design tools an asset)
