Mechanical BIM Engineer and Modeler

We are seeking a Mechanical BIM Engineer and Modeler to work on multi-D projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Mechanical systems and experience working with BIM software such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD. The role involves collaborating with designers, BIM leads, and planners to ensure alignment and quality BIM models.

Requirements

• BIM experience working on multi-D projects
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical systems (HVAC, PHE and Firefighting) and how its constructed in site
• Collaboration with Designers, BIM leads, Planners to ensure alignment and quality BIM models
• Development of documentation required to support the implementation and progression of 3D & 4D BIM
• Promotion of the Digital Rehearsal process
• Confident presentation to a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced CAD and BIM technical knowledge
• Ability to work with Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Building design processes and industry/client/internal CAD/BIM standards
